He kinda skips Davis saying it's too far from everything. I seen a video where a player talks every location starting in paleto Bay. My new account got the Davis arcade, and apart from it fits him the most and I like the location and front entrance garage, the snack shop is right in front of it plus good road access. The off street garage entrance is a slight annoyance though.

The proximity to ammunation, the casino, and aircraft spawn points are all great for Videogedden. It lacks the heist Teleport of the Vinewood one, but if you have the Darnell Bros warehouse next door then you can use the luxury helicopter fast travel (for a fee). You can walk off the corrugated roof at the back without taking damage to land right next to the garage entrance, and there’s a ladder to get back up. You can land aircraft on the roof of Videogedden. I also like Rockford Hills for being right next to a gun shop, 2 offices and the Del Perro apts. I like Davis as well and I did have it the first time I did the heist but it is a bit far from the casino and I like doing this heist a lot. I have La Mesa on my guy character (will be changing to Vinewood though) and it is a great location right near LSC, a gun shop and the casino but the garage is a pain to get to and there isn't a real good place to park a Hydra or helipcopter. Also I have all my apts at Eclipse so I have 70 cars all right next to each other. I have the same location for the same reasons.
